It is a great joy to be returning to Adelhaus – the home of sound, gongs and sound healing arts in the north of Germany. It’s a centre for generous and spacious comfort that deepens our connections with Sound and the Healing Arts.

This year we are offering three days in which to forge a singing bowl and a fourth day to bring a tubular bell into being as an addition and companion to your sound world.

It may also be possible to have these four days to give yourself more time towards the forging of a larger singing bowl, especially if you are an experienced maker and have worked in sound alchemy and co-creation previously.

Towards the end of the workshop – three days of working alongside each other through the forging process – each person has the kind of amazement and wonder for what has occurred . . .

It’s just the very beginning of coming to know the sounds, the tones and the sense of fulfilment of really hearing the full resonance of the completed instrument.

Here we are at Adelhaus, a retreat and seminar house in northern Germany in 2023 and some of the bowls are being ‘met’ and celebrated by their makers!
