‘I’d like share here the reflection that any beliefs we hold, and hold onto, ultimately are the foundation of violence…..sounds challenging hey?! Yet, here’s the ‘explanation’….those beliefs, energetically, hold us in rigidity apart from the flow of life, and so disconnection occurs, and resistance/block from that ever-changing fluidity. We know out of resistance comes the fight/aggression impulse, and so can violence arise.
What an invitation…..to allow especially those ‘hidden’ beliefs to bubble up and clear out and release us into even greater enjoyment of the river of life! ‘ L
