The Team

Gabriella ‘Songbird’ has been co-facilitating vibrational healing workshops and retreats as well as transformational journeys and pilgrimages to sacred sacred sites working with sound and Nature for more than 20 years. As a creator and sound alchemist she brings the wider consciousness of co-creating with all of life towards facilitating others to be coherent with themselves and with the Earth.

I discovered my passion for forging, smithing and other craft based work in my teenage years – spending time in my father’s workshop.

She learnt the craft of metal instrument making with Ton Akkermans since 2003 and started offering workshops of singing-bowl making in 2010. She is particularly skilled at facilitating the alchemical process with metal, fire, the elements and the vibration of conscious heartfelt connection as a way to consciously invite, birth and/or transform energies in our personal lives and in the world. As such the making of the singing bowls becomes a tool of creation way beyond the instrument itself. Through the embodiment of the craft, sound, as vibration, becomes physical form.

Gabriella herself is a very finely tuned instrument – she has been described as being like an ear and a voice with heart.

Heather has a wide reaching background in facilitation, teaching and hosting. Heather empowers others to widen their lens and perceive beyond the evidence based surface. She gives people access to more of themselves through sound, music and creative mentoring, intuitive and well developed skills of deep listening as well as energetic healing work and one to one facilitation.

A Bowl Whisperer, a Muse and Midwife to new Creations…

She has been crafting singing bowls and bells since 2010 and has been hosting and co-facilitating the work since having first met Ton Akkermans in 2010.

It is a work she thrives on – the act of engagement with a physical process and the presence with the creative process as a continual invitation to greater consciousness.

Many have described her as a Bowl Whisperer, a Muse and Midwife to new Creations. She has a wide experience of and a wild love of intuitive cooking, co-creating meals with the plants and bodies she is feeding!

A Duo of Sound Weavers

The name Sapphra was received in an inner experience by our friend Adam Gainsburgh – Astrologer and psychic – who saw that our music was allowing a cosmic golden nectar called Sapphra to flow onto the earth. We experience the flow of this golden nectar – carried by the celestial bees -when we play. It breathes life into new forms – clearing, cleansing, uplifting and deeply nourishing all who are present in physical and non physical form. It raises the frequency and creates a field of coherence and beauty, within which alignment and healing can take place.

Gabriella and Heather both came from a classical music background and both changed direction through experiences with nature. Using their skills and sensitivities they allow the spirit of place and time and all of those present to inspire and inform the soundscape that is woven. Their work with individuals, groups and land has facilitated change, greater awareness and possibilities, relaxation, release and healing.
